Kidango engaged Bob while our organization underwent a major transition. I lost a key team member and onboarded several new players; specifically, I needed to pull the entire team together. With Bob’s expertise and guidance, we used the Tilt assessment. It provided the backdrop for conversations about each other’s strengths and how each benefited the team.
Bob also facilitated three of our strategic planning retreats. Bob was very effective in guiding the executive team, so I felt comfortable in having him facilitate my team’s offsite meeting. He has a flexible and relatable style; everyone felt supported even when he challenged us to speak our minds. We had genuine and productive conversations that solidified and motivated our group for the work ahead.
